Commerce Learning Center (CLC) System Requirements
Web Browsers Supported:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 (recommended Internet Explorer version)
- Firefox 3.6 (includes MAC)
- Chrome 4
- Safari 4
Web Browser Security Settings:
Each web browser is different as to where you go to view or change your security settings. In general, they can be found under the Tools menu bar by selecting the "Internet Options" or "Options" menu and then look for the "Security" and/or "Privacy" tabs.
- For privacy settings use "Medium" or "Medium-high"
- The CLC requires the use of Cookies.
Viewing Courses:
Most of the Web Based Training (WBT) modules in the CLC use JavaScript and Adobe® Flash® for navigation, animation, and/or presentation of multimedia elements. It is recommended your computer has the latest Flash player version installed and that JavaScript is enabled in your browser. Contact your IT support personnel if you need assistance with installing the Flash player or enabling JavaScript.

General SkillSoft Tips and Troubleshooting For Viewing Courses:
- Make sure you are running the latest version of Java
- Information is available at http://www.java.com - Insure your browser pop up blocker is disabled.
- Clear your cache in your browser and then restart browser.
