CLC Login Instructions:
- Click the Commerce Learning Center (CLC) to log in.
- Type in your user name (your full email address, including @noaa.gov) and password.
If you do not know your password, do one of the following:
- Below the login screen, click the Forgot password? link to type in the answer to your security question (which is case sensitive); you will be emailed a new password if your answer is correct.
- Above the login screen, click the link If you need help to login, click here to contact us to access Live Support. You will be taken to a live chat room for assistance. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Password Requirements:
- Must be at least 12 non-blank characters.
- Must contain characters from the following:
- English upper case characters (A ... Z);
- English lower case characters (a ... z);
- Base 10 digits (0 ... 9); and
- Non-alphanumeric (For example,!, $#%).
- Note: Your login/password is the same for all Learn Centers.
