The Talent Management Team of the Human Capital Policies and Programs Division's (HCPPD) Programs Branch is responsible for managing the NOAA Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and WorkLife4You Program, the NOAA Reasonable Accommodation Program, sign language interpreting services, wellness initiatives, and workplace diversity initiatives.
Our goal is to provide employees and managers with the resources and tools needed to create and sustain an inclusive, respectful and supportive workplace. We provide consultative services on alternative approaches to resolve workplace disputes, offer guidance with EAP and worklife issues, advise on reasonable accommodation and the processing of accommodation requests for employees with disabilities; schedule requests for sign language interpretive services; promote wellness initiatives, and implement workplace diversity related initiatives.
