Details. Training sessions are offered several times each year and are designed to give a comprehensive overview of the DoC Demonstration Project, its principles, concepts, policies and procedures.

The goal is to have new rating officials, pay pool managers, reviewing officials, and appropriate administrative liaisons trained as soon as possible, and/or to provide a refresher for previously trained management types.

Training is held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., in the Workforce Management Conference Room, 1st Floor, Western Regional Center.

Occasionally new managers/supervisors require training in-between established training dates; in these instances please contact your servicing Workforce Management Advisor to schedule a one-on-one session.

We encourage managers to take a moment and annotate scheduled training on their personal schedules as appropriate. Those required or interested in attending should go through their Line Office/Corporate Office contact to sign up. If attendees are unable to attend we ask that a professional courtesy is given via email to reschedule or cancel.
