Not sure who to contact with an eOPF question? Here are guidelines to assist you:
If you are a new employee and have not received your logon ID within one month of your hire, or if you have a question regarding the content of your eOPF, or you want to provide feedback regarding eOPF, please send a message to the mailbox shown below for your serviced organization:

If you are an Executive Resources employee (SES and equivalents), please email: wfmo.seseopf@noaa.gov
If you do not see your organization listed above, please direct your inquiry to: wfmo.eopf@noaa.gov
If you forget your eOPF password or your logon ID, you can request information from the eOPF logon screen by clicking on “Forgot your Password?” or “Forgot Your eOPF ID?” Complete all of the requested fields to receive the information.
If your account is locked, click on “Forgot Your Password?” and complete the prompts. Successfully resetting your password will unlock your account.
If you get a message at the eOPF logon screen, “You are attempting to access the Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) web site from an unauthorized location”, please send an email to the mailbox shown above for your organization. You will be sent instructions for registering the IP address of your government computer. Your PC must be on a federal network to be authenticated and registered. OPM requires IP authentication and limits access to government computers with a registered agency network IP address, or government computers accessing via a federal Virtual Private Network (VPN).
If you have received your eOPF ID and logon instructions from NOAA's Workforce Management Office and you are unable to access the eOPF system, please contact the eOPF Help Desk at eopf_hd@telesishq.com or (866) 275-8518 for technical assistance.
