Multiple QSIs

The granting of multiple QSIs should occur only in rare circumstances. To be eligible for another QSI the following year, the employee must have demonstrated current performance at a significantly higher level than that of the previous year.

The documentation must be sent to the appropriate Assistant Administrator, Staff Office Director, or equivalent (or to a management official to whom this authority has been delegated) for review and approval.
